All sales are subject to payment in advance by means of the methods outlined available on the site.
Petgreets.com will accept returns in circumstances of our error in production, quality failure or damage in transit once notified within 14 days of dispatch. The customer is liable for the cost of return which we will refund if we find that the fault lies with Petgreets.com or our agents. In such circumstances after evaluation of the complaint we will refund the cost of return.
Petgreets.com is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and any disputes will be subject to same. The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7EC) was incorporated into Irish Law by the EC (Protection of Consumers in respect of contracts made by means of distance communication) Regulations 2001.(S.I. 207 of 2001). These regulations have been effective since 15th May 2001, and were amended by the EC (Protection of Consumers in respect of contracts made by means of distance communication)(Amendment) Regulations 2005(S.I. 71 of 2005) (collectively “the Regulations”).
It should be noted that given the customisation involved with some our products the statutory cooling off period does not apply.
Where physically possible orders will be dispatched within 48 hours allowing for technical or confirmation issues. Where this deadline cannot be met customers will be advised by email and given the option of cancellation.
Refunds will only be made via the initial payment method and the customer is subject to any related fees or charges made by their payment provider.
Where non customised products are returned by agreement with Petgreets.com the customer is liable to a 30% restocking charge or replacement at the current value unless previous agreement is reached to waive same. All such returns with the exception of faulty products must be within 30 days of purchase or by agreement.
Dispatch of purchases will be by standard post, unless indicated otherwise and p&p charges cover same and the cost of the packaging processes and materials. If an alternative delivery method is required the customer must advise at the time of placing the order and where appropriate the charges involved will be advised and charged. Petgreets.com reserves the right to choose the carrier unless otherwise arranged as above.
